Terms of Sale/Returns/Warranties:
Prepayment policy credit card orders:
We accept credit card orders. All credit card orders must be prepaid. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and PayPal). All credit cards are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be securely checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. All items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyers’ financial institution.
We also accept purchase orders from established organizations:
Purchase orders from established organizations are acceptable. Purchase orders must have a total value exceeding $300 and must be confirmed in writing on the letterhead of that organization. If credit is approved payment is due 30 days after shipment.
Shipping and returns:
We offer shipping to any US. State. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. Shipping quote will be offered at checkout. Ship via FedEx ground or Fed Ex second day air (where available).
Out of stock items:
We are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on backorder. This is especially true of models that have unique options. You will be notified via email when your order ships. If your order is backordered you will receive a notification including a ship date. If you do not wish to wait for backordered item you may cancel your order and any payment will be returned. If we do not hear from you in regard to your cancellation before the item is shipped, we will assume that you agreed to the shipment delay.
LEDLights™ manufactures and sells high-intensity LED lighting. In addition to the manufacturing the installation is critical. Therefore all products must be installed and put into service by personnel fully knowledgeable about both the proper installation and the proper use of the product. Different states have different laws regarding LEDs and emergency lighting. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure that the installation and service of our LED lighting is in full accordance with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
LEDLights™ warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for the warranty period of three years from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, LEDLights™ will replace or repair, at its option, any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which, upon inspection, reveal a defect in material or workmanship. Warranty service will be provided during the warranty period at no cost if the defective product is returned to LEDLights™, shipping prepaid. LEDLights™ will pay for return shipping.
This warranty does not apply to any LEDLights™ product that has failed due to improper installation, excessive voltages, unauthorized alterations, inadequate wiring, inadequate circuit protection, any use contrary to LEDLights™ recommendations, abuse, misuse, inadequate maintenance, unconventional use, or accidental damage. LEDLights™ assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, expenses incurred in removal or re-installation, expenses for packaging, handling and shipping to our manufacturing facility.
This warranty does not apply to any battery-powered device that is damaged by leaking batteries. If leaking batteries damage any electrical device it is suggested that the device be returned with the batteries to the manufacturer of the batteries according to their return procedures. After a review of their policy it appears that the largest battery manufacturers will replace equipment damaged by their batteries. A visit to their websites and entering leaking battery replacement be helpful in identifying their policy.
For warranty service:
If you do have a warranty problem be assured that we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue expeditiously. Please call LEDLights™ for a return material authorization number (RMA#). Upon receipt of this number, return the product, shipping prepaid, to the following address. Include the RMA # on the package, if possible enclose a copy of the sales receipt or invoice and a brief description of the problem
