ThriftyFlare™ IS AN ECONOMIC NON-TOXIC ROAD FLARE! It replaces incendiary road flares which have seriously burned first responders, are expensive and need constant replacement. Incendiary flares also emit toxic fumes, send toxic chemicals into the watershed, cause explosions at accident scenes and start woodland fires. The cost (or consequences) of a single incendiary flare accident can be incalculable!

A single FLASHING BEAM ThriftyFlare™ costs less than 4 incendiary road flares and exceeds the burn time of up to 30 incendiary flares. Change the batteries (approx. 60 cents) and ThriftyFlare™ replaces another 30 incendiary road flares. Even if damaged, lost, left behind or stolen after being deployed for 1-1/4 hours, ThriftyFlare™ has saved your department money. The ThriftyFlare™ is a highly efficient LED road flare, energized by 2 “AA” batteries, tall enough to be visible above roadway bumps and available emitting RED or other colors of light. The Snow Dome option deters snow from covering the emitted light. ThriftyFlare™ Tripod is deployed as a free standing flare. ThriftyFlare™ Cone can be mounted on a top of a traffic cone. Available in Kits of 6 or 24, it is extremely compact requiring minimal storage space.
